ELSE Inc. empowers enterprise to a stronger future, through training people to successfully compete in a global marketplace.
We at ELSE inc. believe there is value in knowing that
your people have been more than just trained. You actually need to find out
if they learned something. To that end we at ELSE inc. have designed our
Lean Certification Program.
Instead of broad basing our certification we instead
focus on specific practical certification levels, since the vast majority of
your staff are neither engineers, nor production managers. We have set up
the certification levels to align with what we have learned is the normal
successful Lean approach.
Each of our certification levels requires trainees to
have obtained certain types of knowledge. To test their understanding of the
required learning they must pass a multiple choice test. Additionally they
must submit a report on a workplace project they have done, including
detailing how they applied various tools they were taught. Their report must
be accompanied by a letter from a supervisor which states how, in the
supervisor’s opinion, the training and project has developed the trainee(s),
and the company.
