The 5S audit check-sheet is a very important tool that ensures the Sustaining aspect of the 5S. Without it, how can you audit the company areas and how can you determine the level achieved and what needs to be done to improve or restore the desired condition?
The check-sheet comes as an Excel document and contains two spreadsheets: one is a template and the other one is the master tab with some instructions as how to fill out the document.
You can use one 5S check-sheet for every area in the company, whether office or production area, but for the office you may need to adapt some terminology as it applies to your work environment.
