CHECKOUT OPTIONS and INSTRUCTIONS

•  If you want to pay with Visa or Mastercard follow the below instructions.
  1. You are done shopping and on your shopping cart page. If you have an account and have not signed in or do not yet have one please click the  button.
  2. Now either sign in (top right side of page) or create an account (lower left side of page).
  3. After Signing In you may be brought back to the shopping cart if so please check what is in it and then click  again.
  4. Now everyone whether signed in or a new account should be on Step 2 of 3 page. Select Credit Card option and enter information, then click  button.
  5. Now you are on order confirmation page to complete purchase click the  button.
  6. If payment is completed you will be brought back to download page if not you will go back to payment page or shopping cart page.
•  If you want to use AMEX, Discover or PayPal follow these instructions.
  1. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT but you will have to use PayPal to process the AMEX or Discover Card. So to use any of these payment options click on the  button. PayPal user go to step 2 non users go to step 3.
  2. If using an actual PayPal account then just Sign In and approve the payment and at the end of the process you land on the download page.
  3. DONOT CLICK THE LINE THAT SAYS Save your information with PayPal if you are using a company credit card or if you do not want a PayPal account we will deal with that line in step 4. You have to fill in all the required information correctly now.
  4. If you are using a company card or do not want a PayPal account click the Review Payment button at the bottom. If you want a PayPal account then click the Save your information with PayPal line and enter a password twice, then click Review Payment button. If you clicked the line by accident click it again and it closes.
  5. Confirm your payment on this page if the transaction is approved you will be taken to download page, if not you will land back at the payment page if this happens try the alternate method or use a different credit card.
• Alternate Options if the above two do not work.
  1. You are done shopping and on your shopping cart page. If you have an account and have not signed in or do not yet have one please click the  button.
  2. Now either sign in (top right side of page) or create an account (lower left side of page).
  3. After Signing In you may be brought back to the shopping cart if so please check what is in it and then click  again.
  4. Now everyone whether signed in or a new account should be on Step 2 of 3 page. Select Check/ Money Order option and enter information, then in special instruction tell us you are mailing us a Bankdraft or Certified Check or ask us to send an Electronic Payment request these are almost never block even though PayPal processes them, then click  button.
  5. Now you are on order confirmation page to complete purchase click the  button.
  6. After we get a cleared payment we will update your order status and send you an email notifying that you can download your files by signing back into your ELSE Inc store account and checking your order.
